Did you know that all our new barbers are personally trained by Maeson Bennett, the founder and owner of MAESONS?
This happens regardless of their prior education or work experience. This way, we ensure that the quality is consistent in every barber’s chair, no matter which barber you sit with.
With his unique self-developed training method, Maeson has already trained over 50 employees, 10 of whom have gone on to open their own barbershops. This method is based on a 10-step plan: “How to achieve a perfectly cut hairstyle.” A key component of this plan is the use of the MAESONS combs (M1 and M2), which are designed to create precise fades and transitions when used with clippers.
Recently, the entire 10-step plan was filmed, and we are proud to launch our In-house Online Academy. With this, our new staff members are trained online to become all-round barbers.
What makes the MAESONS training method so unique?
