I’ve been working as a junior floor manager at MAESONS for about four months now, and from day one, it felt like home. My daily role involves much more than just keeping an overview. It’s about creating an atmosphere where our team can grow, and where customers truly feel seen and heard. From streamlining appointments to ensuring a warm welcome, it’s all about the experience.
Ever since I was young, I’ve dreamed of becoming a barber. The craft has always fascinated me, the precision, the creativity, and the personal connection you build with customers. Working at MAESONS gives me the chance to stay close to that craft and learn something new every day from the experienced barbers around me. I bring that inspiration into my role, always with a focus on quality and passion for the profession.
