Between 7 February and 31 March, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey in our shop. A total of 534 customers shared their feedback with us. Thank you all for this.
At MAESONS, we continuously strive to improve our service and accessibility, and to better align them with your needs. In this context, we are also exploring a possible adjustment of our opening hours.
The results provide us with valuable insights. For example, 48% of customers indicate that it does not matter to them whether we are open on Saturdays, while for 19% an opening on Mondays would be more convenient. Regarding ideal opening hours, 47% consider a time slot from 11:00 to 19:30 most suitable. In addition, as many as 82% of customers find it (very) important that our barbers maintain a healthy work–life balance. Finally, 14% indicate they would like to make use of an early service and are willing to pay extra for it.
A notable finding was the strong need for extended evening opening hours, making visits after working hours easier.
Our customers’ opinions and feedback are of great value to us. With these insights, we will now determine the next steps. Once a final decision has been made, we will of course inform you.
