On June 29 and July 13, we welcomed a teacher from DCTerra to MAESONS for the teacher training: Highlights MAESONS Barber Program.
During this two-day training, Maeson and Dimitri introduced the teacher to the MAESONS teaching method. Advanced techniques, hands-on practice and professional knowledge were central, with a focus on clipper techniques, working with a razor blade, working with afro-textured hair, beard treatments and translating these techniques into both practice and education.
With this teacher training, we are investing not only in knowledge and craftsmanship, but also in the quality of future barber education. By familiarising teachers with our methods and techniques, we help prepare the next generation of barbers for the profession.
