Through workshops, training days and team days, we work a lot on self-development. Who you are, what are you good at and how can you be the best version of yourself. We teach our people that they are more than just a hairdresser, barber, pedicurist or a floor manager. A profession that involves working with hands is often underestimated. We teach our people that they are a very important link in society. We provide a listening ear, give people more self-confidence and make sure we are there for you at those moments you need us. Beautiful moments such as a job application or a wedding, but also when you have a funeral, which might make you do not want to talk for a while but you want to look good.
