RESULTS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

In the period from July 25th to September 15th, 2023, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey in our shop.

The survey revealed that an impressive 87% of respondents are generally very satisfied with MAESONS’ services. In particular, our Barber experience (78% very satisfied), the professionalism and skills of our barbers (78% very satisfied), and the quality of the treatments (70% excellent) scored exceptionally high.

Our staff also received praise across the board, with a remarkable 89% describing us as very friendly and helpful, while 82% felt well cared for and valued by our staff.

However, there are some areas for improvement, particularly regarding our Menicures® experience (manicure and pedicure treatments) and our Sportsbar. Approximately 30% of respondents were not familiar with our pedicure and manicure treatments, and although many have heard about our renewed Sportsbar menu featuring superfood bowls and smoothies since March 2023, not everyone has tried one yet.

Our current focus is on making our Menicures® and Sportsbar offerings more visible, further professionalizing MAESONS, and exploring opportunities to expand our Barber experience treatments and extend our opening hours.

The feedback from our customers is highly valuable to MAESONS. We will continue to listen to our customers, so that we can improve our service and better meet their needs.
